We're a global community dedicated to championing creativity and independent thinking. At the heart of what we do is Notworking™—the art of crafting spaces that spark fresh ideas, innovative processes, and groundbreaking conversation.

2007

Glug is born

Born in London, Glug started as a side-hustle and stood as a revolution to the then stiff, boring and awkward corporate networking landscape.

2019

Takeover

What started as 20 people in a pub grew to a GLOBAL movement, hosting over 120 events annually in in 35+ cities around the world!

2021

QUARANTINI

The global COVID-19 pandemic shook the event industry and forced us to put Glug on ice while the world settled. (cocktail, anyone?)
